Join our Relocation Team in Sweden!We are looking for an experienced and multilingual Destination Consultant to join our Relocation Team in Gothenburg.You will become a member of a high-achieving and motivated team supporting our extensive internal operations network. We believe that you are a team player with a can-do attitude that is happyto take full responsibility for your cases. The services you will deliverinclude:Home search – searching for and pre-screening properties as well as accompanying assignees on viewingsArea orientation and pre-visit toursSettling-in support – registration for Swedish personal identity number, bank account, healthcare and daily practical stepsTemporary accommodation coordination and bookingSchool and childcare search To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar roleStrong first-hand knowledge of Gothenburg includingneighbourhoods, schools and everyday lifeGood knowledge of Swedish authorities, property market and rental lawsSwedish driving license and are a comfortable driverFluent in both Swedish and EnglishAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining structure and a calm and focused approachProficiency in standard office tools The kind of person you areWarm, approachable and genuinely helpful – especially in stressful momentsOrganised and reliable: you follow plans, hit deadlines and flag issues earlyCross-culturally curious and comfortable in an international settingA practical problem-solver who stays calm when things don’t go toplanService-minded – delivering excellent service comes naturally to you ExperienceWe look for a consultant experienced with Swedish authorities,housing market practices or schools is a clear advantage.
