RemoteThe amazing you, will have:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Data Protection, Information Security, Compliance, Healthcare, or a similar area;At least 6 years of professional experience in Data Protection, Privacy, Compliance, or a related field;Previous professional experience as a Data Protection Officer, Data Protection Consultant, Privacy Specialist, or similar role;Strong knowledge of GDPR and European data protection legislation;Previous experience working within Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, MedTech, or another highly regulated environment;Strong understanding of the specific requirements associated with health data and sensitive personal data;Experience conducting and supporting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs);Experience with privacy risk assessments and compliance reviews;Experience developing and maintaining data protection policies, procedures, and documentation;Ability to advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders;Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills;Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders;Fluent English required.Responsibilities:Act as a key point of contact for data protection and privacy matters;Advise the organization on compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection requirements;Monitor and assess compliance with data protection policies and procedures;Provide guidance on the processing of personal and sensitive healthcare data;Conduct and support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs);Perform privacy and data protection risk assessments;Review data processing activities, contracts, and data-sharing arrangements;Develop, review, and maintain privacy policies, procedures, and related documentation;Work closely with Legal, IT, Information Security, Compliance, and Business teams;Support internal and external audits and regulatory requirements;Monitor compliance with applicable privacy requirements and identify potential gaps;Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;Promote awareness of data protection principles and best practices across the organization;Provide guidance and training to employees and relevant stakeholders on privacy matters;Monitor changes in data protection legislation and assess their potential impact on the organization.To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus):CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent certification;Previous experience acting as a DPO within the Healthcare sector;Knowledge of ISO 27001 and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS);Experience with healthcare technology and digital health solutions;Experience working with regulatory authorities;Knowledge of privacy management and GRC tools;Experience with international
