Role Description The Electrical Package Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Helsinki, responsible for overseeing the delivery of electrical packages on complex engineering and construction projects. This role coordinates design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Packages will be mainly Busbar and LV & ELV Containment. The Electrical Package Manager will manage interfaces between electrical contractors, internal engineering teams, and client stakeholders, tracking progress, resolving technical issues, and maintaining clear documentation. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing drawings and technical submittals, monitoring schedule and cost performance, leading site inspections, and supporting quality assurance and handover processes. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery methods, including alignment with Intelli-PM™ platform workflows and reporting. Qualifications Strong electrical engineering and project engineering skills, including experience with building services, power distribution, and LV/MV systems.Proficiency in technical project management, MEP planning and scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and multidisciplinary teamsExperience with BIM Stage 5 reading and interpreting technical drawings, and working with digital design and coordination toolsKnowledge of commissioning processes for electrical systems, including testing, verification, and documentation for handover.Familiarity with relevant electrical standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices in construction or data centre environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and site teams in an international contextProven ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner, managing priorities and deadlines on high-stakes projectsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; professional certifications in project management or commissioning are an advantageExperience working on large-scale projects in sectors such as data centers, pharmaceutical facilities, or energy infrastructure is beneficialComfort working on-site in Helsinki, with readiness to engage in daily site coordination, inspections, and technical meetings
