Electrical Package Manger

A leading main contractor is currently seeking experienced Electrical Package Managers to join major construction projects across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced electrical professional to take ownership of the electrical package and play a key role in the delivery, coordination and successful completion of major projects. The RoleThe Electrical Package Manager will have overall responsibility for the delivery of the electrical package on site, working closely with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives. Key responsibilities will include:Full ownership and management of the electrical package from pre-construction through commissioning and handoverManaging electrical subcontractors, site teams and labour requirementsCoordinating daily site activities to ensure programme milestones are achievedManaging subcontractor performance, progress and coordinationWorking closely with the wider construction and project management teamsMonitoring programme, quality, safety and installation standardsReviewing drawings, specifications, technical submissions and project requirementsCoordinating with other trades and construction packages to resolve interfacesAttending progress, coordination and client meetingsEnsuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standardsSupporting commissioning, testing and final project handover The ideal candidate will have:3–5+ years' experience in an Electrical Package Manager / Electrical Project Manager positionProven experience working for a main contractor or large construction contractorStrong experience managing electrical subcontractors and site teamsExperience delivering major electrical projects from pre-construction through commissioningStrong understanding of construction programmes, coordination and site deliveryExcellent organisational and leadership skillsStrong communication and stakeholder-management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environmentElectrical trade or engineering background would be advantageous If interested in the role then please send your profile across to m.bunyan@fourblue.com
