Electrical Supervisors for Data Centre Projects in Southern Finland
We are looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors for our clients data centre projects in Southern Finland.
We offer long-term and responsible positions in major electrical and construction projects. The role is suitable for an experienced electrical professional with a background in supervising electrical installation work, coordinating daily site activities, and leading electricians. You will work closely with electricians, other supervisors, and client representatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Daily supervision and coordination of electrical installation work
- Leading electricians and assigning daily tasks
- Planning work phases and monitoring progress
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and plans
- Monitoring quality and safety on site
- Following project schedules and targets
- Cooperating with the client, other supervisors, and subcontractors
- Site documentation and reporting
- Supporting technical problem-solving when required
We Expect
- Electrical qualification / education
- Strong practical experience in electrical installation work
- Previous experience as an electrical supervisor, foreman or in a similar responsible role
- Good ability to read electrical drawings and technical plans
- Ability to lead and guide electrical installation teams
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Valid Occupational Safety Card
- Valid SFS 6002 Electrical Safety Training
- Readiness to work on large and demanding construction sites
Considered as an Advantage
- Previous supervisory experience on data centre projects
- Experience in industrial electrical projects
- Experience in large construction and electrical projects
- Experience working on international construction sites
- Good finnish language skills
- Experience in site documentation, quality control, and reporting
- Other electrical qualifications and certifications
