Role Description The End user coordinator (SOC liaison) is a full-time, on-site role based in Stockholm. This position serves as the primary point of contact between Security Operations Center (SOC) teams and clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and smooth coordination of security-related activities. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, tracking incident status, scheduling and documenting meetings, and supporting the delivery of reports and service metrics. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, maintaining organized records, and helping improve client experience by proactively addressing concerns and aligning services with client expectations. change to -> end user communication, confirmation of activities, security feedbacks, assisting end users, liasoning with SOC teams, activities related to incident reporting and report translation. QualificationsStrong customer service and customer experience skills to manage client relationships and support high-quality service delivery.Excellent communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, and the capacity to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.Effective organization skills to coordinate multiple clients, track ongoing incidents, and maintain accurate documentation.Focus on customer satisfaction, with an ability to listen, identify needs, and follow through on commitments.Experience working with or alongside security operations, IT services, or technology consulting environments is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Stockholm and collaborate with cross-functional teamsRelevant education or training in business, IT, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, ticketing systems) and an aptitude for learning new platforms.
