EUC Support

One year Contract Location: SE-751 74 Uppsala, Sweden The Engineer will be deployed across all locations that we support. Therefore, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

· Valid driver's license · German language skills at C2 level · English language skills at minimum C1 level

Additional preferred skills and qualifications: · Willingness to travel frequently between supported locations · Windows 11 Autopilot deployment and installation · Mobile device enrollment and configuration using Microsoft Intune (iPhone and Android) · User profile setup according to documented procedures and guidelines · Microsoft 365 application support (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office) · General IT support with an independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach · Hardware installation, configuration, and replacement (laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals) · Software installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting · Basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN) · Printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting · Device enrollment and management using Microsoft Intune · Remote support using remote assistance tools · Ticket handling, incident resolution, and documentation using ServiceNow · Support for employee onboarding and offboarding · Conference room support, including the setup and troubleshooting of audio/video equipment and Microsoft Teams Rooms · Assistance with IT infrastructure and deployment projects · Functional testing and quality assurance following installations and deployments · Escalation of complex technical issues to second- and third-level support · Excellent customer service and professional end-user communication · Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
