Europe-Business Development Manager

职位描述：1、开发欧洲品牌方、授权经销商、买手店、运动鞋服零售商、贸易商及批发商；2、建立重点国家、品牌及商家资源库，独立完成客户开发、拜访和商务谈判；3、初步核验商家资质、品牌授权或可追溯采购凭证、库存、价格、KYC、VAT 及履约能力；4、推动合同签署、账号注册、商品上架及首单成交；5、策划并参与欧洲招商会、行业展会及奥莱和线下货源开发；6、协调运营、产品、技术、物流及合规团队，解决商家入驻和交易问题；7、管理招商 Pipeline，持续跟进商家评估、签约、上线、供给及成交表现。Responsibilities:1、Develop European brand partners, authorized distributors, boutique/buying offices, sportswear & sneaker retailers, traders, and wholesalers；2、Build a resource pool of key countries, brands, and merchants; independently manage client development, on-site visits, and business negotiations；3、Conduct preliminary due diligence on merchants — verifying brand authorization or traceable procurement documents, inventory, pricing, KYC, VAT, and fulfillment capabilities；4、Drive the full onboarding process: contract signing, account registration, product listing, and first-order conversion；5、Plan and participate in European recruitment events, industry trade shows, and offline sourcing initiatives (outlets and physical supply channels)；6、Coordinate with operations, product, tech, logistics, and compliance teams to resolve merchant onboarding and transaction issues；7、Manage the recruitment/sourcing pipeline, continuously tracking merchant evaluation, contracting, go-live, supply performance, and sales results. 职位要求：1、欧洲本地招商经验，至少熟悉一个重点市场或核心类目；2、能够独立完成商家开发、谈判、入驻和首单转化；3、具备商务谈判、资源整合及 Pipeline 管理能力；4、具备跨文化沟通能力，能够与欧洲不同国家的商家高效协作；5、自驱力和结果意识强，能在较少监督下主动推进业务；6、英语达到工作语言水平。Requirements:1、Proven experience in merchant recruitment/Business Development in the European market, with in-depth knowledge of at least one key market or core category；2、Ability to independently drive merchant development, negotiation, onboarding, and first-order conversion；3、Strong business negotiation, resource integration, and pipeline management skills；4、Excellent cross-cultural communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with merchants across different European countries；5、Self-driven and results-oriented; able to proactively move business forward with minimal supervision；6、Fluent English as a working language (additional European languages are a plus).
