Expert Opportunity - In-House Counsel ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)
About This Opportunity
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced in-house counsel who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
We're looking for in-house counsel with 4+ years reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: commercial contract redlines, due-diligence issue lists and memos, clause-risk analyses, NDA and vendor-agreement review, negotiation position summaries, and obligation and renewal trackers.
Compensation: $100/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications
4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
