FGPP / GPP - Technical Support Specialist

SME – FGPP | Remote | UK / Europe | US SHIFT Are you an experienced FGPP production support specialist with strong configuration, troubleshooting, and banking/payment domain expertise? This is an opportunity to become the technical focal point for a client's FGPP production environment, solving complex issues and working directly with customers and technical teams. About the Role We are looking for a Senior FGPP SME to manage advanced production escalations, investigate complex issues, and deliver configuration-based solutions. You will work remotely across the UK/Europe, supporting a US Eastern Time shift. Location: UK / EuropeWork Mode: RemoteEmployment Type: PermanentWorking Hours: Eastern Time – US Shift What You'll DoAct as the technical focal point for FGPP production support.Manage complex escalations from L2 and provide expert technical guidance.Investigate issues using GUI, database analysis, traces, and payment processing flows.Identify root causes, recreate issues, and provide immediate workarounds.Perform complex FGPP configurations, including profiles, rules, pre/post rules, object rules, and cache refresh.Analyze traces to determine whether issues require code fixes or configuration changes.Understand FGPP core tables and fields, including logical fields, XPath, object rules, profile_udfs, and cache_refresh.Provide setup and configuration solutions to customers.Escalate issues to L3 when code fixes are required and support QA/L2 in testing fixes.Lead customer-facing technical calls, communicate status updates, and explain next steps.Collaborate with L1, L2, L3, Product Management, Advisors, and PAS Leads.What You'll BringStrong, proven experience in FGPP issue and case analysis, including triage, recreation, trace analysis, database, and GUI usage.Deep FGPP business and functional knowledge.Hands-on FGPP configuration experience, including profile and rule setup—not just solution design.Experience with FGPP (not only Classic GPP) within the last 3 years.Strong FGPP production support and troubleshooting experience.Banking and payment processing domain knowledge.Customer-facing experience, including leading technical calls and managing escalations.Knowledge of payment processing flows, FGPP core tables, and complex configuration scenarios.Why This Opportunity May Be InterestingWork as a senior technical SME supporting a production FGPP environment.Take ownership of advanced issue investigation and escalation resolution.Combine hands-on configuration, trace analysis, database investigation, and customer interaction.Collaborate with multiple technical and product teams in a production support environment.
