Field Service Engineer

What You Will Do

Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, repair, and functional testing of electronic and mechanical medical devices in accordance with regulatory requirements.Complete annual equipment inspections and calibration activities at customer sites to ensure compliance and operational performance.Install, configure, and validate medical systems and associated hardware and software at customer locations.Execute software and hardware upgrades to maintain system performance and compliance.Maintain accurate service documentation and update service records using designated digital tools and systems.Support product field actions, recalls, and safety notifications in partnership with customers and regulatory teams.Deliver technical training for internal teams and external customers on product operation and maintenance.Provide technical support, coordinate customer service visits, escalate technical issues when required, and ensure service activity is appropriately invoiced when outside warranty coverage.

Required Qualifications

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Medical Electronics, Medical Physics, Camera Technology, or a related technical discipline.Fluency in written and spoken English and the local market language.Minimum 1 year of experience in medical electronics, biomedical equipment, or a related technical field.Minimum 1 year of experience working within a hospital, healthcare, or clinical environment.Experience using Microsoft Office applications and other business or service management software.Technical knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, telecommunications, mechanical systems, or software technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience performing installation, maintenance, calibration, or repair of medical devices or healthcare technology.Experience delivering product or technical training to customers or internal stakeholders.

Finland: €43.200 - €72.000 EUR Annual
