As a Founder's Associate at Matters, you'll be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and ensuring the seamless execution of critical projects. This is an office-based role located in Stockholm. What you'll work onConduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities and inform our strategic direction.Prepare compelling reports, presentations, and executive summaries that communicate complex ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders.Manage and prioritize the founder's schedule, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings, travel, and communication.Lead or actively support special projects from concept to completion, often collaborating with cross-functional teams.Act as a vital link, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration between the founder(s) and various departments.Assist with financial modeling, budget tracking, and performance analysis to support data-driven decision-making.Develop and implement operational processes that enhance efficiency and organizational effectiveness. What we're looking for We're seeking a proactive and analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a tangible impact. Experience that sets you apart:Previous experience in a fast-paced setting, such as a startup, venture capital firm, consulting firm, or investment banking.A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently delivering results under tight deadlines.Prior exposure to strategic planning, business development, or operational improvement initiatives. Your toolkit includes:Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.A strong understanding of business operations, financial principles, and market analysis techniques.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar. Your core strengths:Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a meticulous eye for detail.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.A high degree of proactivity, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently.Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.Adaptability and resilience to navigate ambiguous situations and evolving priorities.
