Founding CTO / Co-founder – TeamTalks Stockholm / HybridWe’re looking for a Founding CTO / Co-founder to build TeamTalks with us.TeamTalks is building a new kind of AI for teams.Most tools trying to understand teamwork ask people what they think about their collaboration.We observe what actually happens.Our technology analyzes real meetings and interaction patterns: how people respond to each other, build on ideas, challenge, create space, show tension, explore alternatives and move toward decisions.The result is a mirror for teams and individuals – helping people see behaviors and patterns that are otherwise remarkably difficult to notice themselves. Where we areWe’re beyond the idea stage.We have a working product and technology, are working with customers and are now preparing for the next phase of the company.Our first external investment round of approximately 1M USD is planned to close during 2026.Our ambition is then to raise a larger 5M USD round in autumn 2027 to accelerate product development, build the organization and scale internationally.The ambition is not to build a small Swedish SaaS company. We want to build a global company and a new category at the intersection of AI, behavioral science and human collaboration.And we’re looking for the technical co-founder who wants to build it with us. What you'll doAs Founding CTO, you'll take ownership of the technical direction of TeamTalks.Initially, that means being very hands-on.You'll work across product architecture, AI, data, backend and infrastructure – making pragmatic decisions about what we build ourselves, what we buy and where emerging AI capabilities give us completely new opportunities.Over time, your role changes.You'll recruit and lead the engineering organization, build the technical culture and create the architecture needed to take TeamTalks from an early-stage product to a global platform.This is not a role where you'll receive a finished roadmap.You'll help decide what the company becomes. We think you might...Have built products in an early-stage startup or scale-up environment.Be a strong engineer who still enjoys building things yourself.Have experience with modern cloud architecture, APIs, data and production systems.Be genuinely curious about AI – particularly LLMs, multimodal AI, voice/audio, agents or adjacent technologies.Understand the difference between an impressive prototype and a reliable, scalable product.Enjoy moving quickly, experimenting and making decisions before everything is known.And ideally, you've experienced at least part of the journey from “this works” to “thousands of people depend on this.”Previous founder, founding engineer or early startup experience is a major plus.But we're not looking for a perfect CV.We're looking for technical depth, exceptional curiosity and the desire to build a company.
