We are looking for an experienced FPGA Developer to join our Digital Development Team in Lund, Sweden. In this role, you will work on the architecture of next-generation devices for Radio and RAN Compute products. You will be part of a team with long-term responsibility for evolving key IPs and subsystems, helping define the roadmap for the next 2-3 years. What you will do: Design and implement FPGA for Radio products, including RTL design, technical documentation and stakeholder support. Collaborate with System Architects, R&D organizations, Lab teams, and product hardware and software teams. Plan and implement FPGA strategies together with FPGA leads across different sites and continuously drive innovation and new methodologies. Actively contribute to the Global FPGA Workgroup. Maintain a comprehensive view of current and future FPGA development within the Lund team. Drive and promote quality in FPGA development The skills you bring: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering, or equivalent education. Strong knowledge of FPGA technology, design environments, and development methodologies, with 8+ years of FPGA development experience. Added advantage to have experience in advanced SoC development. Knowledge of radio access systems and their components. Experience with VHDL and/or SystemVerilog. A track record of successful collaboration across teams and sites. A quality-focused mindset.
