HI Partners is hiring a Freelance Recruitment Consultant | Financial Services As part of our continued growth, HI Partners is looking to collaborate with an experienced Freelance Recruitment Consultant to support us across a number of searches within the European financial services market. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the candidate side of the recruitment process - from sourcing and outreach through to screening, interviewing and presenting qualified profiles. Your responsibilities

• Source and identify relevant candidates• Proactively approach and engage potential candidates• Conduct initial screening and qualification interviews• Assess experience, motivation, technical fit and overall suitability• Prepare clear candidate summaries and recommendations• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process• Build and maintain talent pipelines across our key markets• Work closely with HI Partners on active mandates and recruitment priorities• Ensure a professional and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process

Areas of focus We are particularly interested in recruiters with experience across:

• Private Banking• Wealth Management• Asset Management• Family Offices• Investment Management• Financial Services

What we are looking for

• Previous recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition experience within financial services• Strong knowledge of Private Banking, Wealth Management and/or Asset Management profiles• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates• Confidence conducting candidate interviews independently• Strong communication and relationship-management skills• Commercial mindset and good understanding of candidate motivations• Proactive, organised and results-driven approach• Comfortable working autonomously and managing several searches simultaneously• Strong LinkedIn sourcing capabilities• Fluent English required• Additional European languages are a strong advantage
