Talent Acquisition Sourcer

An experienced Talent Sourcer with a strong background in Financial Services is required to collaborate remotely with an Executive Search firm across different search assignments, providing sourcing and research support throughout the identification phase of each mandate. The collaboration is particularly suited to a professional with strong direct search and analytical capabilities, who is comfortable working independently and translating a search brief into a structured and high-quality candidate search. ResponsibilitiesConduct direct candidate searches based on specific search briefs, target companies, functions, seniority levels and agreed search criteria.Identify relevant professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn and other professional sourcing and research tools.Analyse professional profiles and career backgrounds to assess their potential relevance against the requirements of each assignment.Prepare and present high-quality candidate longlists, ensuring that identified profiles are relevant and aligned with the search criteria defined for each assignment.Conduct talent mapping across relevant companies, functions and markets when required.Identify additional talent pools and potential search avenues when relevant.Maintain clear, structured and up-to-date information on searches and identified candidates.Provide regular and transparent progress updates, flagging potential challenges or limitations identified during the search.Manage agreed searches with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring quality and delivery within agreed timelines. RequirementsPrevious experience in Talent Sourcing, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Executive Search.Strong experience in direct search and candidate identification.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional sourcing and research tools.Ability to understand a search brief and translate it into effective sourcing criteria.Strong ability to analyse professional backgrounds and identify relevant candidates beyond job titles alone.Strong research and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.High degree of autonomy, reliability and organisation.Proactive and transparent communication style.Strong commitment to agreed deadlines and deliverables.Ability to work across different assignments, functions and sectors.Professional fluency in English. Spanish and/or other languages will be highly valued.
