You’ll receive comprehensive training, work in a hybrid setup, and if you’re relocating from another EU country, you can benefit from up to 2 weeks of hotel accommodation to help you settle in. 🏨
💻 What you’ll be doingYou’ll be the first point of contact when users need technical support.Provide first-level IT support and restore services quicklyTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across different support channelsRegister, prioritize and manage incoming support casesKeep users informed about the progress of their requestsEscalate cases to the relevant product or technical teams when neededMaintain clear and accurate incident documentationSupport business-critical situations while meeting service-level expectationsHelp improve the overall user experience and productivity
👤 What we’re looking forFluent French and English, both written and spokenGood knowledge of IT products, services and terminologyStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsConfident communication and customer service abilitiesComfortable prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of ITIL, Agile or service governance principles is an advantageBusiness-level Czech is a plus, but not required
