Operating with an almost 80% gross margin and already EBT positive, we have the financial firepower, stability, and market validation to fund our most ambitious technical leap yet.We are looking for a visionary Full Stack AI-Native Developer to build and deploy the Zevoy Collective, an advanced, multi-agent AI ecosystem designed to evolve our platform into the world’s first truly agentic AI-driven business banking experience. The Project: The Zevoy CollectiveThe Zevoy Collective will act as the living, breathing brain of our engineering and product ecosystem. Your primary objective will be to construct a hybrid intelligence architecture that combines the reasoning capabilities of leading commercial models (like Anthropic’s Claude) with specialized, cost-effective open-weight models.You will build the pipelines to ingest, embed, and synthesize the entirety of Zevoy’s institutional knowledge—including our codebase, technical documentation, operational workflows, and the collective expertise of our personnel. Once this proprietary intelligence layer is established (utilizing robust vector infrastructure like Astra DB), you will deploy intelligent agent swarms. These autonomous swarms will be responsible for dynamically building, deploying, and continually enhancing the front-end layers of our business banking app. Because these interfaces connect directly to our back-end ledger, core banking APIs, and transaction pipelines, your architecture must include unbreakable deterministic guardrails to ensure agentic safety, prevent rogue executions, and guarantee regulatory compliance. Core ResponsibilitiesArchitect the Hybrid LLM Pipeline: Design a secure routing architecture that seamlessly toggles between commercial models for complex reasoning and open-weight models for localized, high-volume tasks.Build the Knowledge Graph: Develop automated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to continuously ingest and vectorize Zevoy’s personnel know-how, GitHub repositories, and internal documentation.Deploy Agent Swarms for Full-Lifecycle Engineering: Utilize multi-agent frameworks to create specialized AI agents that autonomously generate, test, deploy, and continuously monitor the React/Next.js front-end layer, adapting to real-time user intent and back-end state changes.Engineer Agentic Safety & Guardrails: Design the deterministic control plane. You will build the circuit breakers, API contract validators, isolated sandboxes, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths to ensure agents cannot push hallucinated code, break core banking connections, or execute unauthorized transactions.Ensure Security & Compliance: Maintain strict data moats to ensure our proprietary financial technology and customer data remain completely isolated from public model training sets. HOW you will secure the connection (The Swarm & The Guardrails):Detail your multi-agent framework.
