Game Designer

Game Mechanic Designer We are looking for an experienced Game Mechanic Designer with a strong product-focused background within gaming/iGaming. The ideal candidate will focus on designing engaging, commercially successful game mechanics, with a strong understanding of how gameplay features should work and what makes a game enjoyable and compelling for players. This is not primarily a UX/UI or visual design role. The focus is on the “how do we design a great game mechanic?” side of product development. Key areas of experience:• Designing and developing game mechanics and gameplay features• Strong understanding of player engagement and game design principles• Product-focused mindset with the ability to turn ideas into compelling game concepts• Experience working closely with product, development and other creative teams• iGaming, casino, slots or gaming experience would be highly beneficial• Strong understanding of what makes game mechanics commercially successful
