The team is building an agentic AI platform focused on document processing and intelligent decision support.This is a great opportunity for someone who can combine strong hands-on engineering skills with solution architecture and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Working directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape AI solutionsDesigning end-to-end architectures for GenAI and agentic AI applicationsBuilding and implementing key components in PythonDesigning agent workflows using LangGraph / LangChainDeveloping RAG solutions, including vector and hybrid searchDesigning integrations and AI tooling using MCPWorking with Azure and cloud-based AI servicesDefining AI evaluation, confidence and escalation strategiesEnsuring solutions are observable, traceable and production-readyProviding technical direction and working closely with development teams RequirementsStrong experience designing and delivering AI / data solutions end-to-endExcellent Python development skillsHands-on experience with LLMs, RAG and agentic AIExperience with LangGraph, LangChain or similar orchestration frameworksStrong Azure architecture experienceGood understanding of APIs, databases and data modellingComfortable working directly with business and technical stakeholdersAble to translate complex technical concepts into clear business solutionsStrong English communication skillsA proactive, independent mindset with genuine ownership of solutions Nice to haveExperience with MCP, Azure Document Intelligence, OCR/document processing, Terraform, CI/CD, OpenTelemetry, knowledge graphs or the financial/insurance sector.
