Join Transcom as a Global Security Analyst!Be part of our Global Security Governance, Risk and Compliance team and play a key role in maintaining a strong and effective security compliance environment. In this role, you'll work across security, risk, technology and business teams to ensure our controls meet global security standards and regulatory requirements. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to emerging areas such as AI governance and help translate complex security requirements into practical, continuous compliance practices. In this role, you will:Drive the readiness, implementation and ongoing maintenance of Transcom's core security certifications, including PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001 and HITRUSTSupport the adoption and maintenance of emerging standards such as ISO/IEC 42001 for Artificial Intelligence Management SystemsCoordinate internal and external compliance audits, acting as a key point of contact for auditors and stakeholdersManage the collection, review and timely submission of audit evidenceDesign and perform regular testing of key security controls, including access management, change management, encryption and vendor securityInclude appropriate controls and checks for internal AI deploymentsConduct gap assessments against security frameworks such as NIST CSF and PCI DSS, as well as privacy regulations including GDPR and HIPAAAct as a security compliance subject matter expert for Sales and Customer Success, completing customer security questionnaires and providing assurance documentationDraft, review and maintain information security policies, standards and proceduresSupport security awareness and compliance training covering secure data handling, phishing defence and the compliant use of third-party tools, including Generative AI and LLMsDevelop and track compliance KPIs, monitoring audit readiness, evidence collection and control effectivenessWork collaboratively with teams including Legal, Data Science, HR, IT and Engineering to strengthen our overall security posture What's in it for YOU!International and inclusive environment that makes you feel supported, encouraged and welcome from day oneOpportunity to work across a broad range of global security, compliance and governance activitiesExposure to evolving areas of security including AI governance and responsible AIOpportunity to work with internationally recognised security and compliance frameworksContinuous development through our internal learning platforms and external trainingOpportunity to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions and geographiesCorporate benefits and discounts To be successful in this role, the following is needed:Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Data Science, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience5+ years' experience in Information Security, IT Audit, Risk Management or ComplianceStrong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and the audit processDemonstrable experience supporting organisations in achieving or maintaining frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2Familiarity with AI governance standards such as ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, or a strong willingness to develop your knowledge in this areaFundamental understanding of cloud security, Identity and Access Management (IAM) and secure software development lifecycles (SDLC)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical security and risk concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple functionsExperience producing clear technical documentation and developing compensating control processesAbility to work independently, manage deadlines and deliver your responsibilities within complex projectsFlexibility to provide occasional evening or weekend remote support when required This is a remote role and we are keen to hire in Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Portugal or Spain.
