Graduate Recruitment Analyst
We are hiring a Graduate Recruitment Analyst, known to us as a Graduate Talent Scientist to enable our business to make the best decisions when selecting talent. This is an entry level role requiring good analytical skills and a passion to start, or continue, a career in a talent based people team within the technology sector. In this role you will learn to apply your existing analysis skills to our hiring practices. You will develop a strong sense of what makes people effective at work, and understand how to connect these indicators to hiring strategies. This is not a recruiter position; it's about the science of talent and performance, raising awareness and insights across the business so that they are able to select the best talent available from our global talent pool. What you’ll do Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights using SQL, ensuring the business displays exceptional decision-making in hiring.Develop relationships with global stakeholders through observing and supporting their hiring activity.Contribute to process and automation ideas to drive continuous improvement.Learn to conduct in-depth behavioural ‘talent interviews’ providing insights into motivations and behaviours.Develop a point of view on go-to-market strategies that impact candidate pipelines.Start to work with external providers, including job boards and psychometric assessment providers, to ensure we maximise our return on investment.Bring a passion for diversity and inclusion, ensuring we remove unconscious bias from our hiring process and ensuring our sourcing strategy underpins this. What we are looking for in you A recent graduate, with an exceptional academic track record from high school and university, with a Bachelors or Masters degree in a Psychology-based subject.Strong analytical problem-solving ability, with a data-driven mindset to identify trends and patterns using SQL, with associated data visualisation skills.Some relevant experience of analyzing talent or people data from an HR standpoint.Passion for embedding scientific approaches to analysis and design work.A passion for technology, tooling and automations.Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.Willingness to travel to company events 2-4 times a year, for up to two weeks each. Nice-to-have skills Exposure to psychometric assessments.Knowledge of behavioural interviewing and competency-based selection.Experience in statistical significance testing and experience in Bayesian inference and/or predictive analytics and ML.Exposure to: LinkedIn, Greenhouse, DISC profiling, Superset, Jira, AI hiring tools How we work We look for a track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results, backed by self-motivation and drive.
