You will play a key role in developing and maintaining Hästens’ graphic profile while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and premium quality across all deliverables.You will combine creativity with precision—bringing ideas to life through layouts, storytelling, and flawless production.Key ResponsibilitiesCatalog & Pricelist ProductionDesign, update, and maintain large-scale documents such as catalogs and pricelistsManage multiple language and currency versionsEnsure correct text placement, flow, and formatting across translationsMaintain accuracy of product pricing in all master filesGraphic Profile & GuidelinesDevelop and refine Hästens’ graphic identity and brand guidelinesEnsure consistent visual communication across all platformsConcept Development & StoryboardingTranslate ideas into visual concepts, storyboards, and layout sketchesSupport planning by identifying missing elements, improving structure, and refining storytellingCollaborate with creative teams to shorten feedback loops and improve outcomesLayout & StorytellingCreate layouts that enhance both imagery and written contentEnsure a cohesive and engaging narrative throughout all materialsFinal Art & ProductionPrepare high-quality, print-ready filesEnsure technical accuracy across all deliverables (links, layers, typography, etc.)Additional ResponsibilitiesWebsite layoutsMarketing guidelinesBrochures and advertisementsIn-store communicationCare instructions and campaign materialsVideo content for digital screens (Apple TV)Qualifications & SkillsRelevant academic degree in Graphic Design or related fieldMinimum6+ years of experiencein Graphic Design and Desktop PublishingAdvanced proficiency inAdobe Creative Cloud(InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)Proven experience managinglarge-scale, multi-language, and multi-currency productionsExcellent communication skills inEnglish and Swedish(written and spoken)Who You AreDetail-oriented with a strong sense of precision and qualityProactive and solution-driven—you take ownership and move work forwardAble to prioritize ideas that create the most value and execute them efficientlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organizationCommitted to improving workflows and delivering on timeA strong communicator who raises challenges early and contributes solutionsWorking at HästensOn-site position in Köping, Sweden (3 days per week)Opportunity to shape and elevate a global luxury brandCollaborative and fast-growing environmentA culture focused on continuous improvement and high standards
