Required Experience5 years' experience as an SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant.Strong hands-on experience with SAP German Payroll.Experience working in SAP ECC environments (S/4HANA experience not required).Combination of functional and technical expertise, including configuration, troubleshooting, and support.Experience with payroll interfaces, reporting, and integration points.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Fluent English communication skills.
