Head of Logistics & Warehousing

Daily tasks and responsibilities:Lead global Logistics organization including warehousing, inbound/internal/outbound transportation, tinting and overseas freightEnsure high customer service levels aligned with commercial expectationsLead production countries’ logistics organizations directly as line manager and supervisor for sales countries’ Sales Warehouses Leader and Transportation Manager, ensuring consistent target setting and realization across global logisticsDesign, develop, manage and harmonize logistics’ global concepts, framework, processes and tools across TeknosEnsure optimization and systematic and continuos improvement of Teknos’ logistics, transportation and warehousingDefine, develop and follow-up global logistics KPIs and drive analytics development across Logistics organisationManage projects and project stakeholders to reach targeted milestones and impact across business
Key qkills and Qualifications: Minimum 10 years’ experience in leading international logistics teams in a fast-paced matrix organizationEnglish skill needed, other European languages are advantageBachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent experience
