The Role
The Product & Tech team at Magma is divided into three core user experiences: Student, Teacher and District. We want you to lead the Student experience to 100M users.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Own the vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs for the Student PlatformStay 6-12 months ahead of the team: explore what’s next, build prototypes, validate ideas early with users, collaborate with market sales leadersLead PMs who run cross-functional team of developers, designers and QAHire when needed to build a world-class product teamFirst 6 months includes taking PM responsibility yourself to learn the product and company

Requirements
3-6 years of experience with background in productExperience of fast-paced and high-performance environmentsExperience leading people and teamsEngineering degree (or equivalent) from top tier universityStartup experience - you know what you are getting yourself into!

Founder backgroundExperience in Edtech or educationExperience in software engineering or data sciencePortfolio of products you've built
