What You Will Do

As a member of our European Supplier Development leadership team you will be responsible for employee performance management, employee training and team development as a whole.

You Will

Ensure strong employee motivation and satisfactionBuild strong relationship with our suppliers that creates benefits for both partiesBe part of creation and execution of Purchasing strategiesEncouraging our suppliers for development and increase innovationEducate and mentor activities from cost to quality requirementsSteer sustainability supply chain management programs and drive productivity improvement program such as VPS/Lean continuous improvement and Tailored improvement Programs

Who are you?

You are agile, eager to learn and improve and have a positive and entrepreneurial mindsetAble to create successful teams that see possibilities rather than problemsExperienced in driving project management in an effective way and have knowledge about product developmentGood communication skills for easy interactions with internal and external stakeholders.Good in managing and influencing others and have a sustainable mindsetComfortable with working in cross-functional teams and are able to work in remote management

Knowledge / Experience

University degree in engineering or similar.Knowledge in supply chain management, Quality management and Lean manufacturingGood communication skills in English + local language
