Position: Healthcare Administrative Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Design realistic, complex scenarios based on deep experience in healthcare operations.Build supporting records and author tasks to train AI agents.Evaluate healthcare operations tasks for AI model training and improvement.Focus on medical coding, prior authorization, and revenue cycle operations.Work independently with flexible hours and asynchronous collaboration.Ensure tasks align with regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Must-Have
3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare administrative roles.Experience with payer portals, EHR platforms, and coding tools.15+ hours/week commitment.
Preferred
Experience owning exceptions and disputes, such as appeals or coding audits.Experience across multiple care settings or on both provider and payer sides.
