We are looking for a Hospitality & Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Helsinki. What you'll do As the Hospitality & Facilities Coordinator you will lead our hospitality and facilities functions. In this role, you will work in a versatile and responsible position at the heart of the organization, where client and employee experience, administration, and supporting our business come together. You will work alongside colleagues in our reception and wider hospitality team and will manage a variety of different administrative and hands-on tasks, such as: managing the reception and junior trainee teamstaking ownership of events managing catering servicesensuring the representativeness, functionality and tidiness of our client-facing and workspace areasmaintaining and developing our office facilities welcoming and interacting with visitorsarranging meetings; managing calendar, visitor management system and incoming calls About you Ideally, you have previous experience in high-quality customer service at an upscale hotel, conference services, hospitality, and/or at a law firm or other reputable professional services provider. Experience in leading a team as well as handling a wide range of administrative tasks is valued.
