HSE Manager / HSE Advisor – Data Centre Stockholm, SwedenContract / Freelance – 12+ MonthsImmediate Start Leap29 is supporting the delivery of a large-scale 100MW hyperscale data centre project in Stockholm. We are looking for experienced HSE Managers and HSE Advisors to join the project on a long-term contract basis. The position will support site health and safety throughout construction and MEP delivery, continuing through testing, commissioning and handover. We are interested in candidates with previous experience delivering data centres, mission-critical facilities or other technically complex construction projects. ResponsibilitiesSupport HSE activities across day-to-day construction and MEP worksCarry out regular site safety inspections and identify areas requiring corrective actionReview RAMS and ensure works are being carried out in accordance with agreed proceduresMonitor subcontractors and support safe working practices across multiple tradesWork closely with construction, MEP and commissioning teams as the project progressesSupport permit-to-work and high-risk construction activitiesDeliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety briefings where requiredInvestigate incidents and near misses and follow through on corrective actionsMaintain project HSE documentation and reportingParticipate in project safety meetings and communicate HSE issues to the wider delivery teamHelp maintain a strong safety culture throughout construction, commissioning and handover RequirementsPrevious experience as an HSE Manager, HSE Advisor, EHS Manager, EHS Advisor or similarStrong construction health and safety experiencePrevious Data Centre / Mission Critical experience is highly desirableExperience working on large-scale construction or MEP projectsComfortable working around high-risk construction, electrical and commissioning activitiesExperience with RAMS, site inspections, audits and incident investigationRelevant HSE qualification such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalentStrong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teamsFluent EnglishAbility to work on-site in StockholmRelevant right to work in Sweden Project DetailsLocation: Stockholm, SwedenSector: Data CentresProject: 100MW Hyperscale Data CentrePositions: HSE Manager / HSE AdvisorContract: Freelance / ContractDuration: 12+ MonthsStart: ImmediateWorking Pattern: On-site, 5 days per weekProject Stages: Construction / MEP / Testing & Commissioning / HandoverRate: Dependent on experience This is a long-term opportunity to work on a major hyperscale data centre project, supporting delivery through multiple stages of construction and commissioning.
