Join our Northern Europe HR team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience across multiple countries. As an HR Generalist, you will support the full employee lifecycle across our Northern Europe market, covering Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. Working closely with managers, employees, and HR colleagues, you will provide day-to-day HR support, coordinate key people processes, and contribute to regional HR initiatives and projects. This is a broad and hands-on HR role covering the full employee lifecycle, including HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee relations, HR systems, reporting, and regional HR projects. You will be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, helping to ensure a great employee experience while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service delivery. This role can be based in Stockholm, Sweden, or Helsinki, Finland. Depending on the location, the successful candidate must be fluent in Swedish or Finnish, as well as English, both written and spoken. You'll be joining a friendly, collaborative and supportive Northern Europe HR team that values knowledge-sharing, teamwork, and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities Manage employee data and employment-related documentation throughout the employee lifecycleMaintain HR systems and ensure accurate and compliant HR dataSupport HR communications across the regionCoordinate recruitment and onboarding activitiesSupport performance management and annual HR processesAdminister employee benefits, compensation reviews, and training requestsSupport employee relations and absence managementManage mover, leaver, resignation, and retirement processesProduce HR reports and analyticsSupport integration activities and HR projects across the Northern Europe marketCoordinate rewards and recognition programmes across the region Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field2 to 4 years of experience in an HR roleStrong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle administrationExperience working with HR systems and HR dataStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent organisation skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFluency in the local language (Swedish or Finnish, depending on location) and English, both written and spokenProactive, service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering a great employee experience What’s in it for you?
