Hi Connections we are looking a IAM Architect for Gothenburg, Sweden Location this is a Onsite role IAM ArchitectRole: IAM ArchitectLocation: Gothenburg ,Sweden (Onsite)Mandatory Skills• IAM ArchitectureKey Responsibilities / Desired Skills• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, secure, enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.• Strong experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, and MFA.• Support the implementation and evolution of a new Identity Management (IDM) platform.• Design and execute application onboarding strategies.• Support legacy IAM tool migration and modernization initiatives.• Handle application carve-outs and related IAM architecture requirements.• Define and implement integration strategies across applications and IAM platforms.• Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure IAM solutions.Preferred Profile• 10+ years of overall experience in IAM / Identity Security.• Strong hands-on experience in IAM architecture and enterprise IAM implementations.• Experience with SailPoint and/or Saviynt, along with Microsoft Entra ID.• Strong understanding of modern authentication and federation protocols including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.• Experience with LDAP, MFA, application integration, IAM migrations, and IDM platforms.• Strong architecture, stakeholder management, and solution-design capabilities.
