IAM Security Manager

IAM Security Manager (Platform) Salary: €130-140k + Bonus + BenefitsLocation: Fully Remote across EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands preferred)

Brand new role with a major UK brand who are building out their internal Platform capability and looking for someone to shape how Identity & Access Management (IAM) is incorporated into that. This is a completely greenfield role and project – you'll have full autonomy to build a best in class, business enabling, modern IAM capability. First and foremost, they need someone who has led highly technical teams of Developers and Engineers within a cloud-native (AWS) Platform environment. This is a transformational role where you won’t just build and ship new features, but work with stakeholders to ensure that IAM (Access, Authentication and Authorizations) provides solutions to their problems and acts as a business enabler, not hindrance. You'll be embedded right across the business, working hand in hand with Security, IT, HR, Product, Engineering and business leaders to shape how identity is handled at every touchpoint, from the employee estate through to customer facing platforms. With full backing from the CISO and Head of Platform Engineering, you'll have the autonomy, trust and executive support to build and lead this function from the ground up.

Key ResponsibilitiesWork with wider teams to understand challenges and provide solutions and justifications as to why new features are being implemented, rather than just imposing and enforcing.Build and lead a high performing IAM team of technical specialists.Incorporate IAM into the wider Platform function, automating where possible via infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code.Define and deliver the enterprise-wide IAM strategy and roadmap.Own policy for MFA, privileged access, least privilege and identity lifecycle management. Key RequirementsExperience leading highly technical Engineering teams within an AWS Platform environment.Senior level experience in Identity & Access Management, with deep knowledge of IAM, PAM, MFA, federation and identity governanceA genuine builder mindset, with hands-on experience automating IAM through infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code in cloud-native (AWS) environmentsExperience delivering IAM solutions across enterprise and customer facing systemsFamiliarity with platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint and CyberArkExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
