Resource Roles and Responsibilities Primary ResponsibilitiesEngagement

End-to-end catalogue, workflow, scripting, CMDB/HAM/SAM, Discovery, SLA, reporting, administration, testing, deployment and support.Dedicated or approved allocation 2.1 Resource GovernanceThe Customer may review proposed profiles before onboarding.Replacements require prior notice and providing replacement resources, ensuring there is no impact on work scheduleEnsure the resource should be equivalent or higher skills and a documented transition plan.Open items, code, configuration, working notes and documentation must be handed over.Any cost arising on replacement of resources will be borne by the vendor.Resource will align with securities policies of both customer and cognizant which aligned with vendor MSA.Payment to vendors will be initiated only post approval of project manager.3. Customer ResponsibilitiesProvide approved environment, developer, administrator, integration, CMDB, Discovery, reporting and diagnostic access.Provide available architecture, workflow, mapping, configuration and backlog information.Identify authorized approvers, prioritize work and authorize estimates.Provide timely functional clarification, test data, business testers and UAT decisions.Coordinate with end-customer teams and other suppliers where required.Provide network, security, API, connectivity and change approvals.Review and approve timesheets, invoices and deliverables within agreed periods.4. Supplier ResponsibilitiesProvide qualified personnel and perform only authorized work.Provide estimates and notify estimate variances before exceeding approval ceilings.Maintain accurate timesheets with Task Order or ticket references.Follow security, development, testing, change, release and documentation standards.Maintain traceability from requirement through deployment.Identify risks, access constraints, blockers and dependencies promptly.Complete code review and testing before promotion and obtain Production approval.Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer and cooperation with authorized vendors.Avoid unauthorized source-code, database, security or Production changes.
