Role: Infrastructure Solution ArchitectLocation: Malmo(Onsite)Job Type: Contract •• Expert-level experience architecting and implementing large-scale on-premises infrastructure including:- Data center design and architecture (tier III/IV, modular, edge) - Server hardware: rack, blade, converged, and hyper-converged infrastructure- Virtualization platforms: VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, Hyper-V, KVM- Storage technologies: SAN (FC, iSCSI), NAS (NFS, SMB), SDS, object storage- Network infrastructure: switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers- Backup and recovery: Veeam, Commvault, Veritas, Rubrik - Infrastructure automation: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, PowerShell DSC- Data center migrations and consolidationsOperations TeamEducation (5+ Years):• Proven experience educating and upskilling operations teams:- Training program design and curriculum development- Technical documentation and knowledge base creation- Hands-on workshop facilitation and lab environments- Mentoring and coaching infrastructure engineers- Certification preparation and skill assessment- Creating runbooks, SOPs, and operational guides- Building learning paths and career development frameworks- Knowledge transfer and succession planningAzure Cloud Infrastructure (3+ Years):• Deep expertise in Azure infrastructure architecture:- Azure landing zones and subscription management- Azure compute: VMs, VMSS, AKS, Azure Container Instances- Azure storage: Blob, Files, Disks, Archive, StorSimple- Azure networking: VNets, subnets, NSGs, ASGs, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway- Azure identity: Azure AD, RBAC, Managed Identities, Conditional Access- Azure hybrid: VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Virtual WAN, Azure Stack- Azure management: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Automation, Policy- Azure backup and disaster recovery: Azure Backup, Site Recovery- Azure cost management and optimizationAdvanced Networking & Load Balancing (3+ Years):• Expert-level networking and load balancing skills:- Load balancers: F5 BIG-IP, Citrix ADC, NGINX, HAProxy, Azure Load Balancer, OCI Load Balancer- Application delivery controllers (ADC) and traffic management- Global server load balancing (GSLB) and GeoDNS- Network protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VXLAN - Software-defined networking (SDN) and network virtualization- Network security: firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, DDoS protection - SSL/TLS offloading, certificate management, and PKI- Network monitoring and performance optimization Hybrid & Multi-Cloud Architecture Additional; The candidate must have strong hands on experience with Linux and Kafka
