Introduction CNI is a Nordic growth equity investor backing scalable businesses across a wide range of sectors. Founded in 2012, we've invested in 41 companies to date — 15 of them successfully exited. With a flexible investment mandate, we combine sharp judgment and hands-on pragmatism to deliver consistently strong, risk-adjusted returns for our investors. As our portfolio and assets under management have grown, so has the need to increase the capacity of the team. We are now looking for an intern to join our group of investment professionals and gain hands-on experience across the full scope of our work. We operate with a flat organization and exceptionally high standards. While experience and skill are valuable qualities in a candidate, the right mindset and a good fit with the team are equally important. Key Responsibilities and Tasks Contribute in all steps of the investment process, from sourcing and analyzing target companies to handling various due diligence work streams and drafting investor documentationPerform thorough analysis on companies and sectors to support the organization in making investment decisionsSupport current portfolio companies from an active shareholder perspectiveFollow up on reporting and KPIs in the portfolio companiesEngage with and communicate towards investors Ideal Candidate Profile Comfortable working with high levels of freedom in a small and very dedicated teamGreat work ethics, a can-do attitude and willingness to grow with the taskHigh level of attention to detailSuperior communication skills verbally and in writingPragmatic approach to independently solve problems, but not afraid to ask for support where neededInterest in the entrepreneurial and financial aspects of building great businesses Qualifications Prior work experience within investment banking, corporate finance, management consulting or transaction servicesCurrently enrolled as a bachelor’s or master’s student or a recent graduate Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointDemonstrated skills in financial analysis and modellingFluency in Swedish and English Practical Details Duration: 6 months, starting January 2027 or earlierScope: Full-time or part-time, depending on candidate availabilityLocation: Hamngatan, Stockholm Application We welcome you to send your application including CV and a short introduction via LinkedIn no later than 9 October.
