Join our Stockholm team for an M&A internship during approx. 20 weeks starting in January 2027.
What You'll Do
Gain experience and support the team in all aspects of M&A transactionsStrong involvement in sell- and buy-side projects and current mandatesWork on pitch preparations, target and investor identifications, as well as management presentationsConduct market, industry and company researchWork on financial modelling and valuation analyses
About You
Top academic performance in Economics, Finance or a related discipline with at least 4 semesters completedAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsFluent in Swedish and EnglishEnergy, enthusiasm and commitment to work in a highly focused team environmentExceptional analytical and communication skillsPrevious experience in corporate finance, appreciated but not required
