This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial yet highly successful buy-and-build platform. Working alongside a high-calibre, international team, they are now seeking an Investment Associate to support across the full deal lifecycle and bolster their coverage of regional markets. The role will be based in Stockholm to ensure strong integration with the team.

What the job involves

Work on all aspects of the transaction process across origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio managementTake specific responsibility for workstreams, and run parts of a transactionWork actively with the portfolio post-acquisition

Who we are looking for

Exposure to private equity transactions likely from within corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or from another private equity firmEntrepreneurial spirit, commercial aptitude and strong technical skillset desirableInternational experience and top tier academics are preferredFinnish or Norwegian helpful.
