About the roleWorking as an Investment Associate in CapMan Growth, you will get the opportunity to be involved in different phases of the investment process – from sourcing of new investments to executing transactions – and actively support our portfolio companies in value creation during the holding period. Your daily tasks will include e.g. Deal flow generationCompany and market analysisFinancial modelling and valuationPreparing presentations for both potential investments and existing portfolio companiesCoordinating all aspects of investment process, due diligence and external advisersHands-on support in development of our portfolio companies Who you areTo be successful in this role we believe that you have: Enthusiasm towards entrepreneurship, investing and growth companiesAbility to combine professional mindset with a laid-back attitude and great sense of humourApprox. 2-4 years of experience from working within investment banking, private equity, management consulting, strategy and business development, or similarHigher education degree in relevant area such as finance, economics or engineeringStrong analytical skills and e.g. master the use of PowerPoint and ExcelFluency in both Finnish and EnglishStrong drive, proactiveness and team player skillsAnalytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal presentation skillsHands-on financial modelling experience and solid understanding of corporate financeStrong interest in private equity and a desire to be part of the team for the long term What we offerAt CapMan, you have the chance to make a meaningful impact.
