Java Software Engineer

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Technology Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and MS SQL Server to lead application development, technical design, integration, and production support. The role involves working with global teams, handling critical incidents, and ensuring high-quality application delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesLead application design, development, code delivery, and technical implementation.Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and MS SQL Server.Perform hands-on development, code reviews, and provide technical guidance to team members.Implement unit, integration, functional, and automated testing, including TDD practices.Manage application configuration, customization, and integrations.Provide L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, and participate in 24x7/on-call operations.Monitor application performance using APM, logs, alerts, and observability tools.Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and coordinate with global/offshore teams.Follow ITIL, ITSM, Agile, and SDLC practices.
