Santa Claus Rovaniemi, Lapland The Arctic Circle Santa is looking for Santas to join our team for the upcoming Christmas season in Rovaniemi, Finnish Lapland.We are looking for people who understand that being Santa is about much more than putting on a red suit. It is about creating genuine encounters, making children feel special and creating Christmas memories that can last a lifetime. ❤️Your roleAs a Santa Claus, you may work in a variety of Christmas settings, including private and hotel visits, Santa cabin programmes and other Christmas experiences.Your responsibilities may include:Meeting and interacting with children, families and guestsBringing the character of Santa Claus to life in a natural and authentic wayCreating warm, memorable and magical encountersParticipating in Christmas programmes and activitiesFollowing agreed schedules and programme guidelinesRepresenting The Arctic Circle Santa professionallyMost of the work takes place during the Christmas season in December, although individual assignments may also take place before or after the main season.What we are looking forYou do not need previous experience as Santa.What matters most to us is who you are and how you approach the role.We value:Genuine warmth and empathyExcellent social and communication skillsA natural ability to interact with childrenReliability and professionalismWillingness to learn and developGood humour and a positive attitudeThe ability to create an atmosphere of trust, wonder and Christmas magicOur Santa Claus is a traditional Finnish Santa, and the main working language is English. Finnish is not required. Additional language skills, especially German, are an advantage.Previous experience in acting, theatre, working with children, entertainment, hospitality or similar fields is welcome — but attitude, authenticity and the ability to connect with people matter more to us than a long CV.Working arrangement & compensationThis is freelance/contractor work, not an employment position.
