Our Junior HR Business Partner plays a key supporting role within our HR team, partnering with Sr. HR Business Partners, business leaders and employees to deliver people solutions and key HR initiatives. The role supports HR processes, employee relations, talent activities, and organizational effectiveness efforts. Through broad exposure across HR disciplines, the Jr. HRBP contributes to a positive employee experience, strong people practices, and business success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with Senior HR Business Partners to deliver people initiatives that drive business successUse people data and insights to support informed decision-making across the organizationSupport the employee lifecycle, including performance, development, and reward processesCoordinate engaging onboarding experiences across the Nordics and lead local onboarding in SwedenHelp drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and impactful follow-up actionsCoordinate learning and development activities that support employee growth and career developmentGenerate insights from exit interviews and identify opportunities to enhance employee experienceSupport key HR operations, including job evaluations, job descriptions, employee documentation, and vendor administrationCreate compelling HR communications, presentations, reports, and people analytics.
