Junior & Senior AI-native Developers — Industrial Physical AI Systown | Stockholm, Sweden ### From the Agentic Era toward the Autonomous World Model Era Help build the software that connects AI to machines, sensors and the physical world. Systown is looking for junior and senior AI-native developers to work across fullstack development, agentic systems and secure infrastructure. You’ll join a small team with meaningful technical ownership, short decision paths and room to shape what we build. ### What you’ll build

• Modern frontend and backend applications using technologies such as TypeScript, Next.js and Node.js.
• Agentic solutions using AI agent frameworks, tool calling and orchestration. - Real-time systems and sensor data platforms built for reliable operation. - Well-tested, secure applications deployed and scaled with Docker and Kubernetes. - Hybrid systems spanning sovereign on-premises infrastructure and cloud, with control over data, identities and access.

Our direction is toward world models that help autonomous systems interpret their surroundings, explore possible outcomes and plan actions. You’ll contribute to that journey through software, data, simulation and evaluation. ### How you work Claude Code and Codex are natural parts of your development workflow. You’re comfortable with vibe coding and rapid iteration, and you take responsibility for understanding, reviewing, testing and securing the code you deliver. You care about what happens after a prototype works: deployment, observability, performance, recovery and maintenance. ### Junior or senior—we want to see what you can build Junior developers: Bring practical foundations in modern frameworks, projects that demonstrate your initiative and a willingness to learn. Personal projects and experiments with AI agents count. Senior developers: Bring fluency across frontend and backend development, hands-on experience with agentic frameworks and the ability to own architecture, security and delivery. Experience deploying and scaling Docker and Kubernetes workloads is valuable. ### Experience that stands out

• NVIDIA Cosmos and practical world model implementations. - Simulation and evaluation for physical environments. - Far-edge computing near sensors and machines, including environments with limited connectivity.
• Autonomous systems, humanoids and industrial robotics. - Real-time data pipelines, industrial sensor platforms and distributed systems.
