Role Description The Jurist works on-site in Leksand and provides legal support related to matters arising in connection with funeral and estate services. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on legal issues, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with external stakeholders such as public authorities, banks, and other legal professionals. The role also involves handling estate-related procedures, supporting family law and inheritance questions, and ensuring that all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. The Jurist collaborates with colleagues to deliver high-quality, reliable service and to maintain accurate documentation and case records. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and regulations.Skills in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate to manage property-related aspects of estates and client matters.Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to advise on work-related legal questions that may arise in the context of the firm’s operations.Experience or familiarity with Family Law, including inheritance, wills, and estate-related issues.Relevant university degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.Ability to communicate complex legal information clearly and sensitively, both in writing and verbally.High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail when handling confidential client information.Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple cases and deadlines in an on-site environment.Experience working with clients in emotionally challenging situations is an advantage.
