Key Account Manager, Distributors

What Will You Do?

As Key Account Manager, Distributors, you will be responsible for developing and growing strategic distributor accounts across Finland while driving sales growth, market penetration, and profitability. In this role you will:

Own and develop strategic distributor relationships.Drive sales growth and increase share of wallet.Create and execute account development plans.Identify new business opportunities and growth initiatives.Lead customer business reviews and commercial discussions.Coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver customer success.Negotiate annual agreements and support commercial planning.Drive business development activities with distributors and end customers.Monitor account performance and ensure achievement of sales objectives.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional who excels at building strong customer relationships and creating growth opportunities.

Experience in Key Account Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development.A proven track record of growing customer accounts and delivering results.Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.The ability to identify opportunities and turn them into business outcomes.A proactive, self-driven, and customer-focused mindset.Strong communication skills in Finnish and English and the ability to work effectively across teams.Experience using data and insights to support commercial decisions.
