What you will doAs a Lead Privacy & AI Governance Consultant – Life Sciences, you take responsibility for quality, structure and coordination across several client projects and workstreams.Your responsibilities include:ensuring high-quality standards across multiple client projects and workstreamsreviewing, validating and giving constructive feedback on technical deliverables, including contracts, presentations and reportstechnically supervising, mentoring and evaluating junior consultantsdelegating work effectively while ensuring quality, consistency and timely deliverystructuring complex client mandates, including scope, methodology, workplans and deliverablescontributing to proposals, tenders and RFPs with clear and commercially relevant contentidentifying opportunities for process optimisationimproving internal methods, templates and documentationoverseeing several parallel engagementscommunicating clearly with clients and internal stakeholdersexplaining complex regulatory topics to technical and non-technical audiencesworking independently while coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams This role is not only about delivering strong work yourself. You make others better and ensure client projects are structured, understandable and delivered reliably. What you bringYou should have strong experience in data protection applied to life sciences and be able to lead quality across several projects or workstreams.Important are client-facing experience, review and quality ownership, strong English, the ability to structure and delegate work, ownership, good judgement, direct people management experience, life sciences experience, DPIA and risk analysis experience, contract review, DPO-related experience, training delivery, legal mapping or regulatory analysis, and experience mentoring junior colleagues.You do not necessarily need to have held the title “Lead” before. What matters is that you can protect quality, structure work, guide others and manage clients professionally.Experience with AI governance, the EU AI Act, tenders and RFPs, HIPAA, the Swiss FADP, CCPA/CPRA, Good Clinical Practice, IVDs or medical device regulations will be considered a strong asset.
