Position: Legal / Commercial Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80–$160/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
Review and assess legal and commercial documents for quality, accuracy, and relevance.Provide structured feedback on domain-specific documents to ensure compliance and clarity.Utilize strong analytical skills to contribute to high-impact evaluation projects.Collaborate asynchronously with teams to meet deadlines and improve document standards.Apply Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency to enhance document analysis and presentation.Work independently to maintain attention to detail and follow structured guidelines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree (minimum)2+ years of professional experience in a relevant domainStrong analytical and written communication skillsStrong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordStrong document analysis and review skillsAttention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
