Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Stockholm. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehouse coordination, and distribution to retail and wholesale channels. The Logistics Manager will manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and ensure accurate and timely replenishment to support sales and production plans. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing supply chain processes, coordinating with suppliers and carriers, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining cost-efficient and sustainable logistics solutions. The role collaborates closely with procurement, customer service, and other internal teams to secure a smooth flow of goods and an excellent customer experience. Qualifications Strong experience in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management, with proven ability to coordinate multi-channel distribution and transportation.Proficiency in Inventory Management, including stock planning, tracking, and reporting to support sales, production, and seasonal collections.Knowledge of Procurement processes and vendor coordination, with the ability to support sourcing and purchasing activities related to logistics and operations.Background in Customer Service within a retail or fashion environment, ensuring timely delivery, issue resolution, and a high-quality customer experience.Relevant higher education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using ERP and inventory systems, as well as standard office software.Ability to work on-site in Stockholm, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced fashion environment.Experience in fashion, retail, or a consumer goods company and familiarity with sustainable logistics practices are considered an advantage.
