We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer (Automation & Production Lines) to support the implementation, setup, and optimization of automated industrial production lines. This role combines hands‑on engineering, process optimization, and automation, with a strong focus on conveyor-based and robotic production systems.The engineer will be involved in commissioning and continuous improvement of production lines, working closely with cross‑functional technical teams. ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the implementation and commissioning of automated production linesSet up and optimize automated, conveyor-based, and robotic industrial linesSupport the launch and stabilization of new production linesAnalyze and improve existing production processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and outputWork with automation, mechanical, and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issuesSupport process optimization and continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in technical coordination during installation, testing, and ramp‑upDocument processes, configurations, and optimization actions Requirements Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Automation, or related field)Proven experience as a Manufacturing / Automation Engineer in an industrial environmentHands-on experience with automated production lines, conveyor systems, industrial robotics / robotized linesExperience in setup, commissioning, and optimization of production equipmentStrong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and equipmentExperience working with automated and semi-automated production systemsAbility to analyze and optimize production flow, cycle times, and bottlenecksUnderstanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation interfaces in production environmentsExperience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teamsAbility to work hands-on during the launch, tuning, and production ramp‑up phases Nice to HaveExperience in high‑volume or industrial manufacturing environmentsExposure to PLC-controlled systems or roboticsExperience working with equipment suppliers and system integratorsBackground in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives We offerRemote workBusiness trips are possibleInternational team across multiple countriesCompetitive salary packageOpportunity to work for a financially strong, fast-growing multinational companyLife events’ gifts, corporate presents and awards, years of service bonuses.
