Your day-to-dayCreate high-quality ads that hit our KPIs at the volume we need to test and scaleEdit UGC and creator footage, mix it with motion graphics, and ship performance-ready assets across formats (vertical video, statics, carousels)Build multiple variations per concept to feed the testing engineWork closely with creative strategists to turn performance insights into the next round of creativeStay on top of social media trends so our creatives stay relevant and competitive Who we think you are2+ years in motion design and video editing for social and performance marketing.
